Please read these terms carefully before purchasing live sessions or digital products.

By purchasing live sessions or digital products, you agree to the terms listed below.

All live sessions, coaching calls, review sessions, and strategy sessions provided by All About the Growth, LLC are designed to offer coaching, education, reflection, guidance, and practical support.

Live sessions may include discussion around confidence, self-doubt, follow-through, business clarity, emotional bottlenecks, operational bottlenecks, visibility, sales discomfort, time management, boundaries, and next-step planning.

Live sessions are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or crisis support.

Payment is required before a paid session is booked or confirmed.

Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received and the session has been scheduled through the booking link or scheduling system provided.

After purchase, you are responsible for scheduling your session via the booking link on the thank-you page.

Please choose a time you are reasonably confident you can attend.

If you do not schedule your session within 30 days of purchase, your payment may be forfeited unless we agree otherwise in writing.

For certain sessions, including the Bottleneck Review Session, you may be asked to submit a completed worksheet, summary page, questionnaire, or other preparation material before your call.

Please send the material at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

If you do not send preparation materials ahead of time, the session will still proceed, but the guidance may be less specific because part of the session may need to be used to gather context.

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the scheduling link in your Calendly confirmation or by contacting:

If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be considered used unless there is an emergency or we agree otherwise in writing.

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Because live sessions reserve time on the calendar, all sales are final once purchased.

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed sessions, unused sessions, failure to schedule, or failure to submit preparation materials before the session.

Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of All About the Growth, LLC.

The Bottleneck Review Session provides coaching and educational support only.

I am not providing therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional counseling.

Nothing shared during the session should be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or tax professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a licensed professional immediately.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

Live sessions are intended to help you gain clarity, identify possible next steps, and receive coaching-based guidance. You are responsible for deciding what actions are appropriate for your life, business, health, finances, and personal circumstances.

All About the Growth, LLC does not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, business, financial, or professional result.

While sessions may be designed to help you gain clarity and identify next steps, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Results vary based on many factors, including your personal circumstances, business stage, emotional capacity, follow-through, timing, resources, and implementation.

I cannot guarantee income, business growth, sales, confidence, emotional relief, productivity, or any specific personal or professional result.

I will treat the personal and business information you share during your session with care and respect.

However, confidentiality has reasonable limits. I may disclose information if required by law, if there is a concern about immediate harm to yourself or others, or as otherwise legally required.

You are also responsible for choosing what personal, sensitive, business, financial, or health-related information you feel comfortable sharing.

All materials, frameworks, scripts, worksheets, guides, and resources provided by All About the Growth, LLC are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, share, sell, reproduce, distribute, teach, modify, or use these materials to create your own product, program, service, or commercial offering without written permission.

The session will be held virtually using the video meeting link provided through the scheduling system or by phone.

You are responsible for having a working phone with reception or internet connection, device, audio, and access to the meeting link.

If technical issues occur on your end and prevent you from attending or participating, the session may still be considered used.

If technical issues occur on my end, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

By purchasing any live session, coaching call, review session, digital product, download, workbook, guide, or self-guided material from All About the Growth, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

You also acknowledge that this session is coaching and educational support, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or crisis support.

All digital products, downloads, guides, workbooks, templates, scripts, worksheets, videos, audio materials, and self-guided resources provided by All About the Growth, LLC are for educational and personal use only.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to, confidence resources, self-doubt tools, reset guides, bottleneck audits, implementation workbooks, scripts, planning pages, and other coaching-based materials.

Digital products are intended to provide education, reflection, guidance, and practical support. They are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or crisis support.

Digital products are typically delivered by email, download link, thank-you page, customer portal, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address at the time of purchase and for downloading or saving your purchased materials.

If you do not receive access to a digital product you purchased, please contact Jax@AllAboutTheGrowth.com and All About the Growth, LLC will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or emailed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, All About the Growth, LLC will make reasonable efforts to help you receive access to the product you purchased.

You may not copy, share, sell, reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, modify, upload, or use these materials to create your own product, program, service, course, workshop, guide, workbook, or commercial offering without written permission from All About the Growth, LLC.

However, results vary based on your personal circumstances, business stage, emotional capacity, timing, resources, follow-through, and implementation.

All About the Growth, LLC does not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, business, financial, or professional result from using a digital product.

You are responsible for having the technology needed to access digital products, including a compatible device, an internet connection, a PDF reader, email access, and other necessary tools.

All About the Growth, LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, device limitations, internet problems, spam filters, or failure to download or save purchased materials.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from All About the Growth, LLC, including live sessions, coaching calls, review sessions, digital products, downloads, workbooks, templates, guides, and other self-guided materials.

Some products or services may have additional terms listed on the sales page, checkout page, confirmation page, or client agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a product-specific agreement, the product-specific agreement will control for that product or service.

Any references to confidence, self-doubt, anxiety, stress, nervous system support, emotional bottlenecks, follow-through, productivity, or personal growth are for coaching and educational purposes only.
